Overview
Sporting a drivetrain from a 2012 Cayman R, this 987 Cayman S has been built for track duty and looks to be well sorted. The motor was a low-mileage unit and does not have an IMS bearing to worry about, and an IPD plenum and GT3 throttle body have been employed along with a vocal SOUL full race exhaust to help it breathe better. More capable MCS dampers and GT3 front arms have been fitted to keep it inside track limits, and it has gained a roll cage and race seats for safety. This is a proper build and could serve as a great shortcut to better times at the track.
